We are very happy with the pleasant, efficient service. Our blinds are just what we ordered. They were installed on time. Price was better than the other companies we spoke with and exactlyas quoted. The installer provided suggestions for the best fabric colour for our home when he came to measure. We are very pleased with the quality and the service. I am very impressed with Greystone Blinds. Unlike several other window covering companies who seemed unenthused and more expensive,  I was treated so well despite the fact that I had a small job of covering  a patio sliding door and one smaller window. Right from the free on-site consult to the outstanding communication with Kirti in the Administrative office to the installation, I was treated like I was truly valued as a client! We had our manually operated zebra blinds upgraded to automated/motorized control and we couldn't be happier with having selected Greystone Blinds as our vendor to assist with the upgrade to our home!  The entire team was INCREDIBLE from my initial call through the end of the project.  They may be in the blinds business but this company is clearly here to "serve people".  They answered all of our questions in great detail, set very straight forward expectations and they delivered EXACTLY as promised.  We also ordered a custom blind for a window above our main door - the quality of this blind is actually better than the ones our home was furnished with.  The precision and care for our home and blinds shown by our installer Mustafa was really appreciated.  We couldn't be happier with Greystone Blinds and highly recommend them. For what it's worth, we talked to several local companies before deciding on vendor for the project but we had the greatest confidence in Greystone Blinds (by far)!  It's rare for me to recommend any vendor so highly, but this company deserves it - beyond 5 stars for quality, communication, timeliness, customer care, precision/install service and straight forward pricing with no surpirses.

Blinds are nice ! Install was great. Was happy overall. But less than 1 year in we got large rips on one of our blinds. I called and they said it wasnt covered under warranty because they are remotely operated and motorized. They said they would get back to me on a qoute for repair but never did.
